Tbh seria a is even worst than bundesliga, milan who is challenging for title couldnt even beat a serbian team in europa, there champions got pammed by porto, title favourites inter finished last in their champions league group, napoli got pammed by granada. Atleast dortmund and bayern have a chance in champions league

It wasn't that clear. You can't really see where Piatek's legs are in the replay that is shown. Maybe those legs are playing Kalajdzic onside. I do think it looks offside, but you really can't be sure - at least not with what can be seen in this video.

To me, it actually seemed like he was trying to chip it to Lukebakio in the middle, not Netz. So basically his pass missed it's target (pretty badly), but happened to work out due to Netz's anticipation and stronger will to get to the ball than Coulibaly, who was marking him. So I would give more of the credit to Netz, rather than Khedira. But who knows? Maybe I'm wrong. It could be a genius pass from Khedira. Netz's contribution should not be understated though.
